Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Anthony was absolutely fantastic and has saved us hundreds of dollars and saved us from buying a new couch. Our kitten urinated on our couch and Anthony was so helpful and advised that this needed to be handled quickly for the best results and advised he could come the same day. He arrived on time, got the job done quickly and efficiently and the couch is clean and smelling amazing which we didn’t think was possible again! He even sprayed the carpet under the couch for us to make sure anything that may have dripped onto the carpet would be treated too. I know who I am calling immediately if this ever happens again! Definitely going to be using AJ Floor Care again if my animals have any more accidents! Absolutely recommend to all pet owners!

A&J floor care are fantastic. Anthony is very friendly very quick and does a great job! Even showing me tips on getting my grout clean. We have had our carpets cleaned every 6 months and I would just book in with who ever is available but from now on I will be using A&J floor care. He was even able to reschedule to a time that suited me with no issues. Very quick to respond to messages and phone calls! Really happy
